Preparation
Deep Fry/Shallow Fry: Heat oil to 175°C and cook skin-on fries for about 3 minutes until achieving a light golden color.
Air Fry: Preheat the air fryer to 200°C, spread fries on a tray, and air fry for 12-15 minutes until light golden. Shake occasionally for even cooking.
