Storage

  • Deep Freeze: Keep wedges at -18°C or below.

Preparation

  • Oven Bake: Preheat the oven to 220°C, arrange wedges on a baking tray, and bake for approximately 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 175°C, and cook wedges for about 3-4 minutes until achieving a light golden color.
